I've heard about Turmeric being anti inflamatory. As a curry lover I have used turmeric (haldi) in my cooking. Not noticed any difference but quite happy to keep using it!

I have heard that too and often add it to rice as it is cooking Like Angie I haven't noticed a significant difference but would be worth investigating the correct quantity to use
